Her company, Art Service also diversified and organized numerous cultural exchange programs with Asian countries, working closely with the Minister of Culture and other senior government officials. Born in Cadiz, Spain, Isabella Garrucho attended a four-year college studying art history at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
