Leclerc Contemporary Gallery together with Isabella Garrucho Fine Art are pleased to announce its newest exhibit “Reflections of Color and Mood” featuring works of global artist Albert Llobet. The artist will be attending the show’s opening reception on Thursday, January 28th from 6-8 p.m. at 19 Willard Road, Norwalk, CT 06851. The show runs through February.
Albert has always seen art as a medium to express these internal and abstract emotions that are difficult to express in any other language. The evolution of his technique is based on discovery and creating new ways to treat the canvas, transforming them into living collages.
Albert Llobet Portell was born in the city of Salvador Dalí: Figeures (1988). This city north of Catalonia is where Dalí found his inspiration.
Albert Llobet Portell studied design at the Elisava Escola Superior de Disseny, in Barcelona. The opportunities he was given when studying at Elisava led Albert to cross paths many key people within the arts & design field, that helped influence and shape Albert into the young professional he is today. Albert further developed his fine art and graphic design skills throughout his studies at the Rhode Island School of Design in Industrial Design and at the Southampton University, in London.
Albert is exclusively represented in the United States by Isabella Garrucho Fine Art.
