Chuck Fischer is a fine artist based in New York City. His paintings and sculptural assemblages combine mediums to create work that is both abstract and harmonious.
Chuck’s work is informed by the Bauhaus’ fundamental theory of creating total works of art in which all the arts, including architecture and design, exist on equal footing, without “class” snobbery. Having studied architecture and design, his work encompasses a broad spectrum of sophisticated imagery. His work continues to evolve, as he trusts chance, intuition, and the materials at hand to engage a conversation between the artist, the work of art, and the viewer.
Reflections, both literal and emotional, inform his body of work, to engage a conversation between the artist, the work of art, and the viewer.
