For having such a bad reputation he was surprisingly easy to shoot he showed up on time with no entourage, did everything I asked, and gave me all the time I needed, shooting celebrities can be hard if they are divas but I try to only work with people I know or who are awesome so I was hesitant to work with Vader but he was one of the easiest people I have shot so let this be a lesson we must never judge a book by its cover, and we never know what someone has gone through in their personal life, as I do when I shoot anyone I like to talk to them to understand them before I photograph them so we sat down and talked he told me a lot about his dad and a lot about being a father (I guess he and his son have a tough relationship) but once he opened up we started shooting and this beautiful portrait was taken, you can really see the emotion and life he has lived in his eyes.
